We suggest revisiting the baths in person as the Baths does not have the means or resources to send lost items by post. You can leave your bag in the locker, but please note that the size of the locker is 120x30x65 cm (1200 x 300 x 650 mm).
For a suitcase, I would suggest the private cabin. The size of the cabin can easily hold a standard suitcase or a backpacker style bigger backpack. Please make sure to close the door properly with your chip equipped wristband, which opens and closes the door of the cabin with a randomly generated unique code.
If you have valuables, you can buy the use of a smaller safe.

Alternatively, you can take a visit to the bath to inquire in person, which is probably the fastest and most efficient. If you have already tried to restore your lost item with the help of the staff of Szechenyi Baths – if I understand correctly – unfortunately there is no more that could be done.

Dear Ana,
unfortunately wheelchairs cannot be rented inside Szechenyi Baths, however the Baths is accessible for wheelchair users.
There are two entrances to Szechenyi Baths, one is easily accessible, this entrance is open from the Kós Károly sétány. If you take the other entrance (opposite the Circus Building, there is a lift for wheelchair users, but it requires someone from the staff to operate it). As the lockers are downstairs, I would also recommend to buy a Ticket with Cabin, as Cabins are on the groundfloor.
Inside the thermal pool area there is also a lift at the pools to assist Guests get into the pools, if they need assistance.

yes, he can access the pools with the little scooter, but please note at every pool there is a narrow and shallow pool to rinse the Guests’ feet before entering the thermal pools. Or he can use the lift into the pool, if he needs it – operating by the staff.
