Recommended Option – Private Spa Package
For a shared experience, we usually recommend booking a Private Spa Package, which includes a double (couples, simultaneous) massage along with fast-track entry, offering a more comfortable and seamless visit.
Please note that the Private Spa Package does not include a private pool (the term “private” refers to a private room available for your exclusive use for 4 hours). Pools, saunas and steam rooms remain shared.
Massage Arrangement for Two Guests
Massages for two guests always take place in the same treatment room, regardless of whether the booking is made as a couple or for two individuals.
Availability & Booking Recommendation
Individual massage slots are typically released only in limited numbers, depending on any remaining availability after Private Spa Packages have been allocated. Therefore, to best secure availability for your preferred date, the Private Spa Package would be the most reliable option.
If afternoon slots are no longer available, you may also check whether a morning slot is available or consider a nearby date. For example: Private Spa Experience in a Deluxe room, including a 45-minute couples massage, from 08:15 to 12:15.
Please note that the booking calendar opens 30 days in advance, and dates beyond this period are not yet available for reservation.
Massage Timing Within Session
If you book the Private Spa package for the morning or afternoon session, the massage will be scheduled within the selected time range (e.g. morning session between 08:00 and 12:15), subject to availability. The exact massage starting time is allocated by the spa within this timeframe and is not selectable by guests; it will be confirmed in advance.
Check-in Requirement
Check-in for the massage is required at least 1 hour before the scheduled treatment time. For example, for an 08:30 massage, arrival is required by 07:30 at the latest. This allows enough time to enter the baths, locate your dedicated cabin (in the case of the Private Spa, your private room), change into swimwear, take a shower, and be ready for the treatment.

Kindly note that bookings are non-refundable and changes of date are not possible once confirmed. Therapist gender preference cannot be guaranteed.
