We suggest revisiting the baths in person as the Baths does not have the means or resources to send lost items by post. - Premium Administrative Fees (Customer Care Plus) – fast reply rate with detailed answers 7 days, 9 am – 9 pm (email and phone, according to the schedule and availability detailed in the confirmation email)

- Optional Insurance for cancellation within 24 hours
