the bath management has decided to put a temporary hold on online fast track reservations due to the increased visitor numbers between Dec 24 2019, and Jan 7 2020, for the Christmas period, which attracts hundreds of extra tourists.
The sheer extra number makes online fast track tickets to the Thermal Baths non-fast track, as ticket holders are often held back in the – otherwise peaceful and benign – crowds gathering around the entrances.

Thanks for asking this question Beth – I was disappointed that we couldnt buy advance tickets for this period either – I dont want to risk spending one of my few valuable vacationd days standing in a pool line.
