I just bought a ticket as a present for I friend but I forgot to fill in the voucher (I didn’t quite understtod the system and I thought I was going to be asked later on in the process, my apologies). I even put in her information on the bought ticket. Is there any chance to change the ticket to a voucher? I’m more than willing to pay the extra fee.
