Yes, likely that the Baths will be busier than usual on the 15th March as it is a national bank holiday in Hungary.
It is hard to predict how busy though. If it is the only day when you can visit the Baths, it is probably safer to reserve your entries in advance.

The experience pool is the outdoor thermal pool with the whirlpool feature in the middle.
There are three outdoor pools. If you are looking at them on the map the swimming pool will be in the middle and on each side of the swimming pool there is one thermal pool. One of these thermal pools has a whirlpool in the middle.

The outdoor thermal pool will be under maintenance between 18th and 23rd of March. The outdoor whirlpool and swimming pool will be available during this time. There are no other maintenance works planned for 23rd of March, but the Baths reserve the right to carry out maintenance works whenever they are needed, without any advance notice.
