Hello. My wife and I are arriving in Budapest after a long day and half of travel from the US. We arrive at 8:40AM and will be river cruising with Viking. We will be booking the Harmony Massage for couples with cabins package. How flexible are you with our arrival time? We will be met at the airport, transported to the ship, drop off bags, and then come to the Baths. This process may take 2 hours or more. Can we provide a range of time for our massage, say between 10:30-noon? Also, is the bath kit included in the package? Thank you.
I will be arriving in Budapest on Saturday December 17 — and am staying at the Palazzo Zichy. I want to arrange to come to Szechenyl Bath later on in the afternoon. I assume that I can take a taxi to your baths — and would I be able to order one from your establishment to take me back to the hotel? Other than a swim suit — what do I need to bring? Am I able to rent everything else from you? I will be booking a private entrance ticket with a massage. Are there any other treatments available? Thank you in advance for your reply. I am very excited to see the Baths that my friends have been raving about since their stay in Budapest.
My husband and I have been to the baths 8 times since arriving in Budapest and will have 2 more trips there before we leave Budapest.We love the pools and have learned to arrive early around 8 am as it’s lovely quiet and relaxing.Apart from one lovely lady in the towel rental we have found some of the staff at the cashier box to be rude and not very helpful,we now pick which cashier box to go to as a couple are not so rude.A big problem though is the tiles when wet are very slippery and today a lady wearing rubber shoes slipped and fell on her knee.

Today my boyfriend and me had a nice time in te baths. The only problem is that his white swimming suit has turned light brown in some places. I guess it’s maybe because of the minerals. Do you know how to make the swimsuit white again?

I wonder how I could have had such a different experience to all of the above comments. I went to the baths on Sunday and found them to be very grim! The place is filthy and very run down. I paid for the private locker room (number 297) and found it to be disgusting. I did not want to get changed in there, it was dark dingy and had black damp in the corner. Once I built up the courage to change, I did one lap of the pool area indoors and out and had to walk straight back out to change and leave. It was over crowded and not a place I would recommend visiting.
