My friends visited this place on April 24 around 7pm and lasted till 9pm and found out my iPhone 6S was missing inside the pocket in my robe and I truly believe it was inside job. Robbers don’t go there and pay a lot of money just to steal. I reported to the Police and speak to an old lady ( she probably head of that place ) with the 2 local police and found that no camera installed inside the pools and that old lady said I was stupid to bring a cellphone ( what a way to treat a tourist/guests ) whoever that lady who works there should be replace and I believe she belongs to work cleaning bathrooms for lack of professionalism. Department heads should know how to handle complaints from guests/tourist who were rob like me.
In short, nothing happens even when I reported to the police station and was able to go back to my hotel around past 12 midnight.
I was frustrated how it was handled and definitely will Not recommend to my family and friends to visit this place.
