we had a bad expeirence at this spa. The front desk staff were rude. We got a locker ticket and then the guy at the entrance for the cabin said go outside around the building very rudely. We went outside and there was a long line. After standing in line, we were told that lockers were full. Then we came back to the front and had to stand in line again to get cabin tickets. Someone else bought locker tickets and I was trying to help them, but the guy shouted at me at the cabin gate.
I felt like we were made to buy cabin tickets and the lockers were actually available. It was not a pleasant experience with the staff. We paid so much money for this we did not deserve such rudeness from staff. I would not recommend this for any tourist.

Please note, that we are selling online fast track tickets and the check in happens not at the cashiers but at our HelpDesk, so the main queue has to be skipped with our tickets.
We are aware, that there was a crowd at the baths today, but we did not have any issues at our HelpDesk with the check ins.
