Alternatively, you can take a visit to the bath to inquire in person, which is probably the fastest and most efficient. If you have already tried to restore your lost item with the help of the staff of Szechenyi Baths – if I understand correctly – unfortunately there is no more that could be done.

I cant fond any information about your bath that tell me if the bath is accesable for a handicapped person? Is there any elevators in to the pools like in gellert? In our group we have a disabeld person in a wheelchair.

thank you for your email.
There are two entrances to Szechenyi Baths, one is easily accessible, this entrance is open from the Kós Károly sétány. If you take the other entrance (opposite the Circus Building, there is a lift for wheelchair users, but it requires someone from the staff to operate it). As the lockers are downstairs, I would also recommend to buy a Ticket with Cabin, as Cabins are on the groundfloor.
I am afraid, inside the thermal pool are there is not any lift at the pools.
I would suggest to visit Gellert Spa.
