I visited Szechenyi Bath for two days ago. I’m still wondering how your place has such a poor customer service. I had a really bad experience at your place. There was a group of Hungarian drunk men at the corridor leading to the door close to the main pool last sunday. They were harrasing every single woman at the place with disgusting comments, yelling and laughing at women crossing in front of them. I contacted the manager and the answer I got, was at last time was a group of english tourist being loud and this is just the way it is!!!
The didn’t do anything to change the situation. And they really didn’t care at all.
I would not recommend this place, it is actually not worth it.
I truly regret I didn’t visit Gellert Bath instead!
