My visit to these bath was a bit disappointing. We were really looking forward to swim in the largest outside pool but there was no water in it. We had bought the swimming caps beforehand but we didn’t need them. Bad experience…

Hi, I just visited the Szechenyi today afternoon and had a lovely time, but I have accidentally forgotten my swimmers in the womens shower stall. I am leaving Budapest day after tomorrow and am really hoping there is a Lost and Found that I can visit tomorrow to check if they were located? They were a present and I would hate to lose them! I am sorry to hear about your lost property. Lost items are stored systematically (as in a library) in Szechenyi Bath. The items are enlisted per divisions within the bath: thermal, swimming, steam.

Alternatively, you can take a visit to the bath to inquire in person, which is probably the fastest and most efficient. If you have already tried to restore your lost item with the help of the staff of Szechenyi Baths.

I absolutely love these baths. I have been in Budapest for 5 nights and I have visited 3 times. I have had no problems with staff or cleanliness or any of the complaints below . The change rooms and inside area is always warm and the pools not crowded. The pools are my favourite place in Budapest. Take your own towel if you are not prepared to pay a deposit! I used cash and Visa card and had no problems with paying.
