  1. we will be on a Viking Cruise and will be in Budapest on August 14th. We would like to book transport from the Viking Ship to and from the baths. We would like to go to the baths about 4pm and return to the ship at 6pm. Would that work?

      Hello Marylyn,
Thank you for contacting us, we have contacted you via email.

Visiting the baths requires in itself a minimum of 1.5 hours (1 hour bathing, 2x 15 min getting changed, admission and check out process, which is normally longer on Sundays, unfortunately).
The traffic may widely vary in Budapest, and the hours you indicate are the peak hours even on a weekend, so 30 minutes there and back may be insufficient.

Kindly plan with a minimum of 4 or more hours possibly for a Viking cruise visit.
Also, instead of a taxi, which may get stuck in the traffic, perhaps it would be wise to choose the public transport (the underground stops at Szechenyi Baths, connected to Deak Square and Vorosmerty Square in the city centre, 5-10 min walk from the riverbank)
