  1. Dear all,

Could you please tell me which kind of tickets you have in your offer and what are the prices?

I saw on your website only for full day and I’m curious if you have tickets for half day or something like that?

My boyfriend and I are arriving in Budapest around 13:00 h on Thursday, 29th of February.

Do you have available tickets for that date and which kind of tickets (whatis included in price)?

Thank you very much for all informations

    Regards

    • Hello Rebeka,

      Thank you for contacting us.
Indeed all the tickets are day entries, there are no tickets for half a day.
However, you can choose to purchase tickets with locker usage, that is the best value.

We hope you have a great time in Budapest!

  2. Hi. I would like to come on the 23rd of February. But I was reading that some baths are gonna be closed. Do you know how many baths are going to be closed and which ones? do you think at this point is better to come on Friday or Saturday? Because my friend told me on Saturday is going to be crowded, and maybe on Friday there is less people. But if the best baths are closed on Friday, we’ll come on Saturday.

    • Hello Martina,

      Thank you for contacting us.
Due to ongoing maintenance works (Feb 20 – 23, 2024) of the over 100 year old bath palace, one internal section of Szechenyi Bath will be closed to visitors on the day of your planned visit (the red marble pool and the surrounding saunas and pools in the so-called Steam Department). The remaining part of the bath palace, including over a dozen pools, the outdoor thermal pools as well as further steam rooms and saunas will stay open.
It is hard to predict this time of the year, but yes Saturdays tend to be busier.
Alternatively you could consider visiting Gellert Spa that is usually less busy.
We hope you have a lovely time in Budapest!

I have bought a ticket for March 31 and my card was charged, but I did not receive a QR code. I’m not sure how to either get a refund or get my ticket as I have receivedd no emails.

  4. Hello,

I have tried to book two tickets cost Euro 88,00 for Tuesday 16th April with my visa card. I gave all my details, twice, but each time I have received the following message: We can only send you a confirmation email upon payment.

I do not know whether my card has been charged twice now or not at all. I have still not received any confirmation of the booking. Please can you let me know whether you have received my payment and if so, that I will only be charged once, that is for 2 tickets for Tuesday 16th April at a total price of Euros 88,00. Can you also please send me a confirmation of the booking if my card has been charged. Thank you.

      Hello Shari,

      Thank you for contacting us.

There seems to be a typo in your email address in the booking form. We have re-sent your confirmation to the email address you contacted us from.

  6. WE would like to book 4 tickets for 4 individuals Do I need to fill in separate forms or can I do all 4 on 1 form?

    • SzechenyiBath.com

      Hello J,

      Thank you for contacting us.
You can purchase all 4 tickets in one form. There is no need to buy individual entries in each visiting guest’s name (unless some of them are having other treatments too), there can be a lead person who gives their name, email address and payment details to pay for the whole group.

We hope you have a lovely time visiting the Baths in Budapest!
