We keep track of orders for clarity and transparency.

For lost items, complaints, please also send an email as you will be able to share more information about the specifics. We suggest revisiting the baths in person as the Baths does not have the means or resources to send lost items by post. The costs of the following components are included in the Ticket package, beyond the Ticket:

  • 24 hour Cancellation Policy
  • Flexible Change of Date (minimum 72 hours in advance via email or 24 hours via phone as specified in the confirmation email)
  • Flexible Transfer to another Guest (change of name)
  • Premium Administrative Fees (Customer Care Plus) – fast reply rate with detailed answers 7 days, 9 am – 9 pm (email and phone, according to the schedule and availability detailed in the confirmation email)
  • Add on Services via our Partner, Hungaria Group DMC, e.g. tasting in Gastro Cellar
  • Optional Insurance for cancellation within 24 hours
  • Notification about potential duplicate reservation (unless reasonably believed to be intentional, e.g. dissimilar products, email etc.)
  • Correction of potential typos in email addresses (limited to email address typos our system flags)

  1. Hello- I purchased a ticket for August 27th for bath, cabin, and towel and received the PayPal receipt of payment but did not get a ticket. Can you please send the ticket to my email?

      thank you for letting us know. The confirmation email of your thermal bath products (which is basically the same as your ticket) was already automatically sent to you, to the email address you have provided in the booking form: please make sure to check the spam folder in case it ended up there. At any rate, we have manually resent it again. Please let us know if there should be any further inconvenience, or if you wish to get the ticket sent to a different email address too.

      Dear Thomas, for lost property issues, please contact the following email address of Széchenyi Thermal Bath: szechenyi@spabudapest.hu and describe the lost items in details (brand, colour, size, texture possibly) for a quicker identification.
      If you happen to be in the vicinity of the baths, we suggest visiting Szechenyi Spa to inquire in person, which is probably the fastest and most efficient way.
      In the meantime please follow the lost card procedure your bank suggests to avoid any misuse.
