Hello, I visited your baths on May 11 and would like you to know how disappointed I was with the service. I stood in line to request a #2 package to use the baths PLUS a cabin rental. I received the cabin rental only and then proceeded to pick up my towel, robe and slippers, only to be told my ticket or receipt was for the cabin only. Why would ANYONE want to only rent a cabin and not use the baths! It took between 30 – 45 minutes to correct this matter – inconveniencing not only me but the other people waiting in line. Plus, my friend and I missed our 5:40 p.m. train out of Budapest back to Vienna, so I lost that money and had to book new train tickets to return to Vienna that night. I love Hungary but I will NEVER return to these baths and I will advise all of my friends that travel to Budapest NOT to go to these baths. There is certainly a better way automate and make this visiting/registration process more user-friendly. I think I should be reimbursed for the cost of my package — I’m so very disappointed, it was very difficult to enjoy myself while I was there.

Tckets and treatments will not be pre-bookable, that is online reservation will be suspended during the extremely popular Budapest Sziget Festival, between 7 and 13 Aug.
