For lost items, complaints, please also send an email as you will be able to share more information about the specifics. We suggest revisiting the baths in person as the Baths does not have the means or resources to send lost items by post. On Saturday the 23rd of November around 1:45am I misplaced an I-phone 16.
The last time it was seen was when I left the venue at Sparty.
Is there anyway of tracing or returning the handset

We fly to Budapest on the 26th December for a week and we have a 6 year old daughter. We would love to come to the baths but I am wondering whether or not she will be allowed to use any of the pools? If so, which ones is she able to use?

Children under 14 are allowed in two pools with parental supervision, both outdoors without heating or heated access. Reaching the warm pool requires crossing 10–20 meters in swimwear. The middle pool, at 26°C, is less likely to appeal in winter, leaving the main thermal pool as the only option. This pool is the most popular and is likely to be very busy, especially on peak days.
Since indoor pools are unavailable for children under 14, Széchenyi Bath may not be ideal in winter. With only one usable outdoor pool, the cold could affect your family’s experience and impact your holiday. Nevertheless, it is your parental choice, which we will respect.
Alternatively, you can opt for Gellert Spa instead, where the big indoor pool can be used by the family, or even better, Aquaworld resort, which has many family friendly features.

We can’t seem to find any available dates on the 25 – 26 – 27 or the 28.
