I have noticed your website says the outdoor thermal pool is closed until 11th Oct, and from 14th Oct. Please can you confirm that this means it will be open, and all areas will be fully operational on Sun 13th Oct?

Thank you for contacting us.
The outdoor thermal pools will be open and ready to use on Sunday, October 13th.
During maintenance works of the over 100 year old bath palace of Szechenyi Bath the following outdoor pools will be closed to visitors:
Sep 30- Oct 11,2024 the outdoor thermal pool with whirlpool (34 degrees Celsius)
Oct 12 and 13, 2024 no maintenance work scheduled
Oct 14 – Oct 25, 2024 the outdoor thermal pool (38 degrees Celsius)
The remaining part of the bath palace, including over a dozen pools, the outdoor lap pool and 12+ indoor thermal pools as well as further steam rooms and saunas will stay open.
