This walk through video was made by an American tourist visiting the Szechenyi Baths in the summer of 2012.
He is actually walking through with his video camera from the entrance to the baths (tactfully leaving out the getting changed chapter). Szechenyi Baths is huge and many tourists wonder what the thermal baths complex is like. This short video may be useful for those who like getting unbiased first hand feedback from real Budapest visitors. You can also see that the dress code of Szechenyi baths is strictly NOT NUDE. Nudity is forbidden at Szechenyi Baths as each day at each hour and each facility is mixed / co-ed all the time, and open for over 14 children too.
You will also see the Life Guard at the Szechenyi Baths – we have read some feedback that, compared to e.g. American standards, the life guard service is quite relaxed at Szechenyi Baths. True, the whole bath complex, the largest thermal bath in Europe, is quite relaxed. Please note that children under 14 are not advised to be taken to the pools (they are too warm for the kids, babies or toddlers included).
