The bath party is traditionally scheduled for Dec 30 as a pre-NYE event, with special light effects as a winter edition of the popular Cinetrip sparty series.
More about New Year Club in Budapest, clubbing, things to do, parties, events on and around Dec 31. Don’t forget that it’s easier and safer to travel and party if you are double vaccinated against Covid. Having a Covid passport is not compulsory, but it definitely helps to cross borders and attend public events with peace of mind. Looking forward to welcoming you to say farewell to another year. The party organisers in Szechenyi Bath reserve the right to make changes to the sparty programme. The party is on whether it rains or snows: the thermal water will keep you warm and there are protective layers placed around the pool areas. Please feel free to bring your own bathrobe or buy a special memorabilia Sparty Bath Robe on the spot. Towel rental is not available, so please bring your own, or again, you can buy a Sparty logo towel when checking in.

there is only a NYE Sparty, which is a pre-NYE Party, as it is on Dec 30, 2016.

I am sorry to hear about your lost property. Lost items are stored systematically (as in a library) in Szechenyi Bath. The items are enlisted per divisions within the bath: thermal, swimming, steam.
Unfortunately we only manage online reservations as a third party. For lost property issues, please contact the following email address, the official direct email contact of the baths: szechenyi@spabudapest.hu
Alternatively, you can take a visit to the bath to inquire in person, which is probably the fastest and most efficient.

Myself and my partner travelled from Scotland to Budapest for new year. We planned on bringing in the new year at the budapest bath party (its been on my bucket list for some time) unfortunately we missed the event due to being a day late. We showed up on the 31st as we thought the event was on new years eve!!… admittedly we should have looked closer at the date (i understand) however its strongly advertised as a new years party… The pre new years party is in the small print?
We were pretty heart broken to miss this and had to fly home the following day. I wondered how to go about obtaining a refund for the tickets – as i spent alot of money ( £180 ) for both me and my partners tickers.
