The entry to Szechenyi Bath is slightly cheaper on weekdays (Monday – Thursday are considered weekdays while Fridays – Sundays are weekends when it comes to Budapest thermal bath reservation). If you wish to shave off some Euros from the ticket price you can purchase your weekday ticket on the spot (subject to availability). Alternatively, you can buy your bath ticket online (the inclusions are enlisted in the booking form) to secure your place in the spa for a given day. Please note that national holidays are not weekdays, and some of the weekdays near national holidays are re-scheduled as holidays. If in doubt, please inquire via email or on the spot.
Entries are valid from 9 am to 7 pm (the opening hours may change seasonally, so again, please make sure to double check the current opening times before planning your visit). Normally, check-in time is between 9 am – 5.45 pm at the self-checkin.
Please pick a day in the calendar to make a valid purchase.
Hi
Is there a ticket option available which includes entry to baths, use of a cabin and use of a locker? Or can you explain to the me the easiest way to book for 2 people to be able to visit and use the baths and a cabin and locker?
Thanks
Dear Joanna,
thank you for contacting us.
The cabins at Szechenyi Bath can comfortably take up 1 person, and a bit more tightly even a couple to get changed. However, if you wish to use the cabin as a couple or as a family, we suggest getting changed by taking turns.
I would suggest to buy one ticket with a cabin and one ticket with a locker.

Have a great time in Szechenyi Baths.
Hi
I will be visiting in February and wondered how we book tickets for the Beer Spa which we have read about (not the Cruise)
Do the normal Weekday Entry Tickets get you into this?
Thank you
Jodie
Hello Jodie,
thank you for your inquiry.
We will soon contact you via email. Thank you for your patience.
Hi,
I have purchased a trip through Wowcher which includes free entry to the bath, how do I redeem this? Can I print a copy of the voucher and take this with me?
Many thanks
Dear Ellen,
thank you for your email.
Please read the instructions on your Wowcher, I am sure, you will find all the necessary info on it.
Have a great time in Budapest.
Hello,
I would like to know if this Wednesday (February 7th), any outdoor pool will be open. I understand one will be closed, but I am interested in the hot-water outdoor pools (thermal?) and I wonder if any of these will be open.
Another question is, if I buy an online ticket but I can’t print it (I don’t have a printer here) will it be a problem?
Thank you!
Dear Judit,
yes, the outdoor thermal pool will be open.
Thank you, and what about the ticket? cannot print…can I buy online anyway? thanks again!
Dear Judit,
it is not necessary to print our the ticket, it’s enough if you can show it on your mobile phone.
Good morning,
We are travelling with a group of 11 adults to Budapest. We would like to visit the szechenyi baths but we only have time to do that on sunday the 25th between 11.00 and 14.00 am. Is there a possibility to buy a ticket for half a day?
Looking forward to hear from you.
Best regards,
Manon
Dear Manon,
thank you for your inquiry. Unfortunately there is no half day ticket in Szechenyi Baths. Thank you for your understanding.
Hello!
If I buy just the locker ticket would I get a place to change?
Also, what time can I come for a thermal bath (for non-swimmers) EARLIEST on a Friday?
Thanks!
