Szechenyi Bath Weekday Bath Tickets

The entry to Szechenyi Bath is slightly cheaper on weekdays (Monday – Thursday are considered weekdays while Fridays – Sundays are weekends when it comes to Budapest thermal bath reservation). If you wish to shave off some Euros from the ticket price you can purchase your weekday ticket on the spot (subject to availability). Alternatively, you can buy your bath ticket online (the inclusions are enlisted in the booking form) to secure your place in the spa for a given day. Please note that national holidays are not weekdays, and some of the weekdays near national holidays are re-scheduled as holidays. If in doubt, please inquire via email or on the spot.

Entries are valid from 9 am to 7 pm (the opening hours may change seasonally, so again, please make sure to double check the current opening times before planning your visit). Normally, check-in time is between 9 am – 5.45 pm at the self-checkin.
Please pick a day in the calendar to make a valid purchase.

  2. Hi,

I need to book the bath tickets for me and my family. We are a mixed group of 6. We are planning to visit on May 13 which is a weekday and as early as possible.
Which ticket should we choose and can we get a common cabin for the 6 of us to keep our stuff? I am not able to see such booking options. Please help

      Hello Anirudh,
our HelpDesk opens at 9 am, if you are planning the arrival earlier, please buy entries on the spot.
The cabins are comfortable for 1 guest at the time. You could save some Euros on buying some tickets with lockers and the rest with cabins, so you can take turns and share the cabins.

    Dear Lydia,
    thank you for your inquiry.
Usually we recommend spending 2-3 hours minimum in the Baths, enjoying all the different pools, saunas and other facilities.
Both the ticket with locker and ticket with cabin provides access to all areas and all pools of the Baths.

  4. I am landing in Budapest at 8:45am and I am planning on doing a half day tour at 2:30pm. Would there be enough time to visit in the morning, or should we (my boyfriend and I ) plan on coming in the evening (after the tour) to enjoy the baths?

      Hello Cindy,

it depends on the amount of time you wish to visit in the spa.

Quite a few people spend a whole day in Szechenyi Baths.

Check in with online bought fast track spa entries is between 9am and 6pm.

    Dear Jose,
    thank you for contacting us.
I would like to confirm that we have received your booking, and the confirmation email has automatically been sent to your given email address.
I have now forwarded it from our backup email address.
Please check the junk/spam folder of your mailbox too.

Your massage package includes a cabin (small private changing room), so you won’t need a locker for storage.

  6. Hi, my friends and I have purchased our ticket for June 13th. We’re wondering if we can enter at noon, leave the bath to the sites near by and reenter at night before 6pm?

    Thank you,

      Dear Parnia,
I’m afraid it is not possible to enter twice with the same ticket. Thank you for your understanding.
