The entry to Szechenyi Bath is slightly cheaper on weekdays (Monday – Thursday are weekdays while Fridays – Sundays are weekends when it comes to Budapest thermal bath reservation). If you wish to shave off some Euros from the ticket price you can purchase your weekday ticket on the spot before 9 am on weekdays (subject to availability). Please note that national holidays are not weekdays, and some of the weekdays near national holidays are re-scheduled as holidays. If in doubt, please inquire via email or on the spot.
Kindly note that weekday tickets cannot be moved to an alternative date (instead of change of date you can cancel and rebook at your convenience).
Entries are valid for a full day stay, usually from 8 am to 7 pm (the opening hours may change seasonally, so again, please make sure to double check the current opening times before planning your visit).

Children under 14 can use the thermal bath, but only at their own responsibility (parents’ responsibility to be more precise), as the warm natural waters are not recommended for younger children.
There are no children tickets in the spa any more, only full price adult tickets. Unfortunately, You will need to buy the little one an adult ticket if you wish to come to Szechenyi Baths.
Other alternatives with thermal waters in Budapest: Palatinus Bath & Pools on Margaret island. Great choice from June to October.

there are no plain tickets without a locker or a cabin (except for the special bath tour tickets, which entitle visitors to have a short 15 minute bath tour in Szechenyi Baths). When purchasing a ticket online, I am asked to check-in between 9AM-6PM. What if I want to come later in the evening around 8-9PM? Do I need to check in somewhere first before 6PM and then come when I wish?

it is possible to check in before 6 pm, and go back later on the same day, but unfortunately it is not possible to check in for the next day. Please note that the check in with online tickets is only possible between 9 am – 6 pm.
