with online tickets the latest check-in time is 6 pm. If you wish to buy your tickets on the spot, cashiers are open till 8.30 pm.
Why when I choose one of the kits with a cabin it says “cabins not likely available” (for Aug. 10, 2017)? Also, if I choose a kit with a cabin for 3 people will we each get our own cabin or will 3 share one cabin? Finally, when is the latest you suggest we reserve a kit? Can you we do it the day before or should it be much further in advance?–we will be there for only 3 days in August. Thank you!

there will be a big festival in the beginning of August and the baths are usually very busy during the festivals.
If you are receiving a locker instead your cabin, the price difference can be refunded to you. We suggest the arrival before 11 am, so there is a better chance to get cabins.
You can buy the bath kit just before the bath visit too.
