The Aroma Massage in Szechenyi Bath Budapest is a 45 minute gentle massage with aroma oil.

The massage, also known as the Aroma Massage, is a Swedish massage therapy treating the upper body (back, shoulders, neck areas), easing the muscle tensions and general stress. During the 45 minute massage, fragrance free aromatic oil is used to enhance the effects of the massage treatment.

The Aroma Massage is one of the massage treatments offered by Szechenyi Thermal Bath with official, medically trained massage therapists of the bath.

There are both male and female massage therapists in Szechenyi Bath. When placing your booking, please let us know if you prefer a female or a male massage therapist. We cannot guarantee that you will get the preferred gender, but we will do our best to make sure you do (not guaranteed). At the moment, there are more female therapists than male ones.

Also, we try to make sure that you enjoy the massage treatment at your preferred hours, so in the reservation form, you will need to specify what are your preferred hours range (we will do our best – subject to availability – to reserve you the therapy within this range).

Aroma Massage Prices & Add On Booking

• approx. 60 Euro: Aroma Relax Massage Package. The price of the package, €60 (45 minute massage) is for bath guests only, so you will need to have a bath ticket in order to book a massage (which is already included in our package price). If you already have a bath ticket, which you purchased on our website, you can place an add on massage booking (please remember, that this add on option is only available for those who have a bath ticket bought on szechenyibath.com). In this case, please contact us at info [at] szechenyibath.com, and we will send you a special booking form, which is for ticket holders only. If you booked your bath ticket on a third party website, unfortunately, we cannot arrange an add on therapy to you, but you can inquire on the spot.
• 20 Min Aroma Massage: standalone massage, bookable on the spot (subject to availability) at €29 per person
• 45 Min Aroma Massage: standalone massage, bookable on the spot (subject to availability) at €48 per person

Do I Need to Book the Aroma Massage in Advance?

Yes and no. Basically, the Aroma Massage is the best value massage treatment you can get in the thermal bath (the 20 min version – available on the spot – is the cheapest, and at a good quality). Despite the fact that there are numerous massage rooms and official massage therapists in the bath, most Aroma Massage appointments are made in advance (same day massages are hardly available, or you will need to wait hours to get an available treatment).

To avoid any inconvenience, and to make your bathing more enjoyable, we suggest booking your Aroma Relax Massage in advance.
