The confirmation emails (serving as a digital ticket) are sent automatically right after the payment. This means, that after a successful booking, you will receive the following emails:
Ticket Booking:
- One Receipt Notification Email from the payment platform (Card on Stripe or PayPal payment) – confirming your payment
- One Confirmation Email from SzechenyiBath.com – this will serve as your e-ticket (not necessary to print)
- One follow up Email with the QR code entry: please allow some latency with the QR code email (maximum 1 hour during online booking hours from 8 am to 10 pm)
Massage Booking:
- One Notification Email from the payment platform (Card on Stripe or PayPal payment) – confirming your payment
- One Confirmation Email from SzechenyiBath.com – confirming your massage booking
- 2nd Confirmation Email from BathsBudapest.com – confirming your massage hour, this will serve as your e-ticket (not necessary to print)
Important Notice: Out of office hours bookings submitted after 6pm will be confirmed the following day until 11 am (local time Budapest). Please allow 1-3 hours by day time confirmations.
‘I Have Not Received the Confirmation Email’
The Confirmation Email is sent automatically to the email address that you gave in the booking form, in the same form as you have typed in. If, for any reason, you cannot see this email, you can take the following steps:
- Check the spam folder of your mail box
- Think through if you have used the email address that you usually use, or perhaps a secondary or alternative email address. If there is a chance that you used an alternative email address, please check it (inbox and spam box too).
- If your email had a typo in it, there is a chance that you had not received the confirmation (in some cases, the email for payment was correct, but the email in the booking form was incorrect). If we do not see an email bouncing back (e.g. alexasmith vs alexsmith at… .com), we will not be aware that your email has not been well received. Please double check your email in the booking form to avoid inconvenience, and let us know via email if no confirmation has been received.
- If it’s not in your junk/spam folder, or there is a chance that your email was not spelled correctly, please contact us via email at info [at] SzechenyiBath.com. We will forward you the confirmation email again.
- If you are booking from a different continent, there might be occasional delays in server communications, and your ticket may arrive later than the normal transactions. If in doubt, please let us know via email at Info [at] SzechenyiBath.com.
- There are multiple vendors selling – reselling the bath tickets. If you have used an alternative website, please contact their relevant customer service as we can only handle services purchased on our website. The rest is up to the original seller. Thank you for your kind cooperation.

Hello Branimir, you can buy our Fast Track entry tickets online in Euros.
If you decide to join the queue and buy entries upon arrival you can pay in Cash (Hungarian Forints) or by card.

The confirmation email of your thermal bath products (which is basically the same as your ticket) was already automatically sent to you, to the email address you have provided in the booking form: please make sure to check the spam folder in case it ended up there. At any rate, we have manually resent it again. Please let us know if there should be any further inconvenience, or if you wish to get the ticket sent to a different email address too.
