We regret to admit that not everyone in the personnel of the thermal baths speaks advanced English, therefore, some tourists feel an English map for navigating within the spa bath complex of Szechenyi Furdo would be helpful.

  1. Hi

I’m traveling o Budapest in the late March 2025 on my own.

Can you advise of package prices for 1 and how much to rent a tower and flip flops please?

    Many thanks

  2. Trying to book tickets but saying on the website it’s down and email may not been sent of confirmation how will I get my tickets if I pay?

  3. We are a party of three people visiting you next weekend. Our question is can we bring luggage and store it with you while we go swimming?

  4. hello,
we are a group of 7, we would like to reserve 1 cabin for all of us on Sunday 28th of setember.
Can we do that or we need to have a locker as well?
    thank you
    mercedes

    • Dear Mercedes,
      Thank you for reaching out!

Your group of 7 is welcome to share one cabin. However, please note that each person will still need an individual entry ticket to access the facilities.

For the rest of the group, “Entry with locker” ticket is perfectly suitable — there’s no need for everyone to book a cabin.

  5. Does the Budapest Card discount apply to ticket entrance only, or also on ticket for entrance + massage combo?

    • Dear Amber,
      Thank you for your inquiry.

Kindly note that Budapest Card discounts can only be applied at the cashier for tickets purchased on the spot. To take advantage of the discount, you’ll need to present your valid Budapest Card directly to the cashier, who can inform you of the available discounted options.

Unfortunately, discounts are not available for tickets purchased online at this time.

Thank you for your kind cooperation and understanding,

  6. Hello, I wanted to visit on the 17th or 18th of November. The website says there will be some pools under maintenance. Is it the Outdoor Thermal Pool, Outdoor swimming pool and outdoor whirl pool or are these still open ? Which pool will be closed so I can see it on the map ? Thanks for your Help !

    • Dear Alexander,

Kindly note that between 27 October and 21 November, one of the three outdoor pools – the outdoor lap pool- will be temporarily closed for scheduled maintenance. However, the other two outdoor pools (the thermal pool and the leisure pool), along with all 15 indoor pools inside the palace building, will remain open. You’ll still be able to enjoy a complete and relaxing thermal experience during your visit. Please also note that 1 of 7 saunas and 1 of 4 steam rooms may be temporarily closed for maintenance.
