I went in to try and change it which they said they could do since it was my last day in Budapest but the manager came and said she wouldn’t change it. Can I be refunded

I bought a ticket for June 07 022 for Széchenyi bath. When I came there at around 1.30pm, the bath was closed off due to some bomb threats. My flight was at 6pm so I couldn’t afford to wait for too long so I had to leave before ever entering the bath. I spoke to the official there and he said I could get a refund if I email my ticket.
Could I please get a full refund to the original account I used to purchase? I bought the ticket online
